If you have a thyroid issue nothing will help until you get it regulated usually that means thyroid replacement hormones...also avoid soy like the plague. When you start seeing huge changes it seems to be more motivating.

1750-1950 for the holidays. I seem to stay the same if it's 1200, 900, 1500, 1700, 1900, 2200 so I try to eat more because I'm notorious for eating too little. I must eat that extra for my workouts.

Yes I do know a huge difference when I lift weights so yes I just do it more, I was running and got up to four miles, but torn miniscus's soooo...weight lifting is good and I do love it. I do log on and off mostly what I found out this year is that I under eat so now I eat much more.

Oh where to start? Being nervous you won't fit well in a seat or bust a chair. Can't shop in regular stores, want yo wear high heels and sexy boots, belts and normal things like that. Same thing happened to me, I kept ignoring it and kept going for weeks and weeks, then now my knee is incapable of running, I just had Xrays and now an MRI this week to figure it all out. hoooo hum, sucks! I would prob not keep going if I had to do it over again, but I didn't want to stop!

You should be beyond proud! And flaunt it! I have had to re-assess my goals. I wanted a high amount and have lowered it because I look/feel and am better but it doesn't come off as fast/easy as it would seem. I need to be happy with what I've got.

5 lbs. It's usually the FIRST week of starting anything. Oh wait, I just remembered, 8 lbs in two days, no joke from HCG though which I only did for 2 days ever, lol. But it worked and the 8 lbs never went back on.
