Great job, keep up the enthusiasm! I was feeling the same way too, got up to 4 miles (in intervals) and then now I am having serious knee issues, so I have to set running aside for a few months (boo!) but what can I do?! I also know a lot about thyroid that is for sure!

My son had about the WORST constipation anyone would ever know, weeks! Docs tried everything from mineral oil plus Myralax, we tried warm baths, lots of water, more fiber less fiber, etc etc. my Naturalpathic Doc finally suggested digestive enzymes, that did the trick!
-
Holy cow!!! Awesome!
-
Great advice- I will remain positive and focus on what I CAN do rather than cannot do!

That's what I hear about eating, but I've eaten so well for years, my hormones prevent the weightloss, though. I tend to do really well working out and adding low carb.
-
Thanks, I'm gonna check this out.
-
I will tell my NaturalPath doc and see what she says about it. Thanks for the ideas, you obviously get a great workout (you look great). I will try some elastic things for the knees possibly too.

I was very proud of my running goals I have hit, but I guess if I can't run I cannot run, I better find an alternative.
-
That might be *part* of my problem, is I run on concrete only because the closest track to me is concrete and 1/2 mile long, I don't know any rubber tracks I can use.

LOOOOOOOOVE pumpkin. mix it in with gluten-free vanilla cake mix; make pumpkin (add pumpkin pie spice) to it and have pumpkin cake or cupcakes, add cream cheese frosting if you like. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to vanilla pudding. Add pumpkin and spice to hot chocolate (and add coffee if you like),
-
That is AMAZING! Great job! How did ya do it? I'm lucky if I hit -40 lbs in a year, but at least it's forty pounds less!
-
My husband's always tryin' to talk me into that... awesome.

Wow you are busy! A tip on busy: pre-make and pre-plan food for the day/week by stocking up on snacks (like boiled eggs and get one of those lunch bags that are little coolers where you can put an ice pack in it), nuts (I love raw almonds, brazil nuts, pecans, cashews, etc.), yogurt, apple slices, organic celery cut up…

I started really running in July or June maybe and I am still 11-12 min miles, pretty slow. I notice if I skip a week of running or two and do other things then I can't run more than 1/2 mile increments, crazy.
-
Great job, it sounds like it's been quite a journey, keep it up!
-
absolutely beyond amazing...how did you do it?
-
I lost 20 lbs really fast. Then it stood still for 2 months, then dripped off like 2 lbs a month. It sucks! But oh well at least it's coming off.

I'm sorry you went through that, he was cruel. Please don't take it personally, he prob thought it was funny without thinking there are real people with real feelings on the internet. That guy will never have a long-term or happy relationship, who'd want to be with someone like that. Can you report him to the site? Anyway…
-
Tell them you will not discuss it anymore and if they are so worried, then they should go lose 5lbs themselves.
-
I use 12.

Eliminating corn products (like tortilla chips) (I already do gluten/dairy-free but no wt loss associated with that). EATING MORE IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT< I guess I starved myself for years and got fat because of it. Working out hard (pushing myself) but also lifting weights 2x a week. BELIEVING I can, will and get through…

Vitamin b12 like 1000mcgs to 2000mcgs gives off 5 hours of energy. I get the Bluebonnet brand (some brands don't work) and dissolve under my tongue. Other than that, if you need a nap, take a nap and don't beat yourself up about it. I get that way from time to time, I blame my time of the month, hormones or auto immune…

It's possible but I DOUBT there's another "Buffy" on here. But maybe...

Friggin' coffee and I love coffee : ( Too much garlic too much onions Too much spice some tea (like black tea) too much sugar Wheat/dairy (so I don't eat wheat or dairy for years now) too much potatoes/sweet potatoes
-
Very inspiring!
-
Awesome! I hope for 50 in a year, too! It's not as fast as I'd like but 50 is better than having 50 on. Great job on your weight loss.
-
Keep it up, you are doing great and totally adorable!
-
Sleep can be a huge portion of it. Speaking of that..I better go to bed!
-
absolutely big YES! Only the good fat, though. Disgusting fat makes me feel...well fat and disgusting (like lard, grease, deep fried stuff). Good fats like avocado, nuts, egg, coconut oil/EVOO make me feel very full when I eat them.

or there are people who envy or idolize people who are "naturally thin". I much more admire someone who has worked very hard at their figure...I don't know it's just me : )
