I'm 5' 7" and 175 is my goal. I have a large frame, curvy, athletic so 175 I look 130, I carry my weight well and am pretty thin for me at that weight. I would love to see if I could go further and do 155, but that is very small for me, so we'll see when I'm there.

I started big and I am a runner now! I have no pain. I have a good pair of Nikes and I put Dr. Scholl's arch support orthodics in them, and never have issues. Always stretch good before, during and even after the run. Hydration is important. You can also go to a rubber track to help, I run on concrete and seem fine!

I eat low carb (most of the time) and I will go to a restaurant and order an omelet and always ask for sliced avocado on the side, or any salads I order, or chicken (or just about anything!).

10 year olds with phones nowadays is pretty commonplace. Parents do it not to be permissive, but because they want to know where their child is at all times and have communication with them at all times.

Larabars, they are tasty and have limited ingredients (no hormone-disrupting soy, no dairy, no wheat, no sugar or artificial sweeteners). Or just a handful of nuts like raw almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts something like that is awesome.

Hallelujah I'm right there with ya! I am so happy I "shopped" in my closet for clothes I've been holding onto for years that NEVER fit, and they fit now and are loose! It's like I have a new wardrobe. Plus I have to put my big stuff on my yard sale.

I do coconut milk, it's low carb, and healthy. My son does Rice milk it's what he prefers but it's higher carb. Soy milk has too many hormone-messing stuff in it for our famiily. Really when I started it was going super fast....then slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwed. Crud! So my original "slow" goal" was to do 52 lbs this entire year, I am halfway there and hope to finish that goal. Lord knows I'm working my butt off and eating well. My fast goal would be like 10lbs a month lol. I wish!!!

I just had organic bbq sauce (gluten-free) chicken wings/drummettes for dinner. Eggs/avocados with salsa/omelets work great. Fajitas/burritos/tacos/taco salads but without sour cream or cheese are great (corn, not wheat tortillas).
