I think it causes health issues/weight gain. But I do have one friend who lost like 80 lbs eating lasagna, cookies/candy/chocolate, pizza and crap food from divorce/financial stress. She did not workout or eat properly to lose it, trust me!

When I am my thin, athletic self, I am curvy and I can't do anything about it, it's there. I always noticed that other girls in school were skinny and I tried to cover up my curves, I did think they were some sort of deficit back then. Lol, but now I realize that I should've embraced it kind of like JLo does, Beyonce, etc.

I agree. I mean with her figure now. Anyway that wouldn't be something that comes to mind, I don't look at people and go "oh my gosh that woman is fat, that woman is too thin, that woman is just right, that woman over there is curvy". lol I would hope I'm not that shallow.

I disagree, this is why they make 7" bracelets and 7.5" inch bracelets (bigger wrist bones) or could be fat on the wrists as well, but there could be a thin person with a 6.5" bracelet on the wrist and another 7.5" who are both thin. Lol I love ths,...great sense of humor! I think the lowest weights I have are 8lbs, I think I need to buy lower 8 is a bit much for an aerobic workout.

I had mono once, I didn't eat for 1.5 months. I slept a lot, I ate like 2 bowls of cereal, and a little broth during that time...my tonsils were too swollen to eat, I loathed it. I did not LOSE ANYTHING! I lost my muscle tone is all. lol

hmmm. I ate very little for years it only exasperated my problem. I'm realizing that I need to eat more. Not everybody burns the same, have you heard of thyroid issues? Most people with thyroid conditions are told to eat 800 calories a day and do and nothing happens...how do you figure that one.
