Dear MFP- I ate french fries, almost all week with dinner, because they fit into my cals/other things. And today, well, yesterday now, I ate a chocolate chip and did not log it. Though that can only be like 5 calories xD

I'm not sure and have been wondering this myself. I actually go over my sodium most the time. But it does not seem to effect me, and my blood pressure is fine, so maybe that's why it does not effect me.

I tried doing low carb, but it made my weight loss stop for about a week and a half and I gave up. Maybe I gave up too quickly? I don't know, but I'm losing fine right now so I think the norm is better for me.

I'm on TOM right now, and weighed this morning while on it. NEVER.AGAIN. Even though it's just water weight. So don't stress. But it is pretty annoying.

I lost about 12-13 pounds the first month, was pretty nice but it has slowed down to 10lbs a month now. Which is still pretty nice lol.

I was eating 1,480, Figured that was quite low seeing my weight (265.2lbs) So I have now up'ed them to 1,650. Might slowly work my way up more if needed, not sure though, guess it depends on how my body handles the new intake.

I'm not sure, maybe it bothers them. If they're not okay with people that eat below 1,200, then I guess that's their reason. Even with the low cals it was still hard to lose weight, I believe my body is trying to tell me something. So hopefully now that I have up'ed in calories I'll feel better and be able to work out more, and hopefully, keep losing weight at the rate I am now.
