Pre log, weigh individually. Don't need to weigh eggs, just go by size. I don't log spray oil which I use instead of butter.

As hard as it is to find something on the menu at places with big calorie menu items, it is much preferred to the places with no nutritional info available! More frustrating

Logging and jogging should work. I lose weight if I log and do regular exercise. I maintain if I can't work out but log food. I gain if I don't work out regularly and don't log what I eat. I want to lose 15.

Ummm. I am not a doctor but I am old enough to know if an exercise causes pain not soreness you need to quit it for a while. And go back cautiously. Regardless of why it hurts you.
