I am back on m fp and using Jenny Craig to deal with recent big gains. Pushing 50, hormones are crazy, foot injury and migraines interfering with workouts, cooking for kids who need to gain weight, I am hopeful this will do the job. Don't wish me luck. Wish me willpower!
