As an individual who has been using this app before it was sold and started ads and a paid version it is bad business to start charging for something that was always free. I will not pay for something that came with the membership. Losing It offers a free scanner with the use of their application.

Talk to your ObGYN but if you were exercising prior to your preganancy you can exercise during, but pregnancy is not the time to start. I know someone who continued to run throughout her pregancy. Congrats!

You tube has tons of full length workouts, I have a gym membership but honestly I burn more at home most of the time.

As long as I eat my goal of 1200 MFP doesn't get mad at me but I don't eat back the extra colories that I've earned.

I guess it depends on your body and your activity level, My goal is to eat 1200 but net less after working out. I definitely want to stay way under 2000 calories.

We're all in the same boat! The highest I know (could have been higher) I've ever been was 238 lbs no more, "diets" for me. I'm on a lifetime journey! Feel free to add me I'm always looking for support and love to support others!

You Tube is awesome I do Leslie Sansones walking videos all the time even if I do go to the gym. Billy Blanks' Taebo work outs are on there and my latest adventure...Belly Dancing!!! That work out is INTENSE! Best thing, they don't cost a thing. Healthy natural weightloss shouldn't cost!

I agree what's done is done so just get up dust your self off and get going again. Your human no one is perfect your doing great. Believe me your not feeling anything we all haven't felt at some point on our new journeys. Just start logging and exercising and you'll be alright!!!!!

Hi, I'm no expert either but I agree if you add some time of exercise (walking does wonders) I bet you'd start losing! Walking is the best exercise to start with! Go for it and add me for some extra support! I could use some too.
