I am no expert here...but I am finding weighing myself every fortnight and building up my exercise regime seems to be doing the trick (I started off with only 10 mins...but am now up to 30 mins of good cardio. So hang on in there my friend....it's a long road we travel

Feel free to add me...Log diary every day...but try to stick to similar things except weekends when I push the boat out (only a little though). PS - I don't eat the calories I gain through exercise & only log physical work outs (not day to day mundane stuff)

Wow...can sooooo associate with you on this one! Also a creature of habit and since starting my weight loss journey, I've well whipped the 5 a day....These days (work days only) I've replaced my lunch with fruit. Rembember to look over your shoulder....and don't fall off!!! Lol On a more serious note....used to live in Holland and cycled everywhere. If you do embark on a long journey....remember you have cycle home again!!!
