Hi Everyone! I'm Tiffany....Looking for fitness friends! I'm from Texas. I've lost 85 lbs over the last 3 years. I've gained 20 lbs over the last 6 months... Don't want to lose focus anymore...ready to get these last 52 lbs off! I'm following MFP and tracking everything! I'd love to compare low calorie meals...I seem to struggle with food the most! Please feel free to add me! ☺️ Thank you!

    yes! love accountability buddies! I lost 20 pounds last year and then gained back 8 or so it is so annoying! I have found this site to be really helpful. :)

    add me just started back. lost 35, getting rid of the last 20-25. 51 and its janet. walking has been huge for me & YMCA classes. made the difference.

    I'm getting my 10k steps in a day! It's getting easier as the days go on! Plus adding weights for strength training.

    Feel free to add me! Basically watching my portions, which has helped me tremendously, and less snacking. Eventually I want to get a treadmill but first I have to prove myself to my husband that I won't quit. On my way to my first goal then treadmill time!
