Thanks I know BMI is balls but for some reason still get caught up with it! I have give up running now for 5 weeks and feel 10x better! I have so much more energy! I'm gaining weight now and I am trying to accept that my body may need to be bigger for me to function properly. But hey! My body knows best!

I know, right? Hahah. I have only ran about 4 miles in the last month! It feels better but I still seem to be losing! I must not be eating enough (I don't count cals anymore but maybe I should start again)

Yeah I know! Haha it seems so obvious like why not just cycle! I'm not competing in a marathon so why stress about running ll the time! Duh! I am actually! I'm from the UK so I am first year in university! I think stress is probably playing a role and I think it could be a combination of a lot of stressors!

I don't count calories any more but I reckon I average about 2000 a day! I never really think of eating back the cals because I find it hard to eat a lot of food as I get full so quickly! So after calculating my net cals per day would probably be between 1700-1950! So that's probably not enough to gain! I've never thought…

I haven't had one in two years either! Well I had two but they were nothing! I actually wanted to stop losing at 120lbs but then I lost more! I'm at a point now where I am just like 'do I want to be healthy or thin?'. It kind of puts it into perspective I guess!

Thanks for the reply! It's hard not to feel guilty though! I'm thinking of just taking the week off and cycling if I feel like it because I love cycling :-)

Thanks for the replies! I'm going to have a fiddle with watch and see if I can enter my weight! I don't always like using MFP calculators because I tend to do exercises that aren't listed. Thanks again

Thanks for all the help guys! I normally eat four main meals and like two low cal snacks! So I might add in one or two meals! And I will try and drink my water after my meal if I'm not too full or a while before my meal! Thanks again!
