i did 1200 cals LCHF for several months and had no ill effects. MFP said something like 2000. I had a lot to lose. I lost 120 pounds in 10 months...just saying that sometimes you dont know til you try. NOT looking for arguments

I dont do cheat "days" but i sometimes have cheat snacks...but not the whole day. It means that i have more carbs than i normally would or have a piece of candy or a sip of coke

I started low carb high fat ( LCHF) or keto in Jan 2016 and have lost 120 pounds and have not been hungry. Do what you want but perhaps more fat and or protein in your diet. Of course i dont know how many cals you are eating

i have had the same issue....sometimes i am not sure if MFP is correct and sometimes its the way i enter my ingredients. If i make a mistake on the amount or the servings or whatever.
