I agree and I been doing LCHF for over and year and trying to stay under 20 net grams of carbs per day ( dont always make it) and have lost 120 pounds. LCHF eating has caused me to get more creative and now i make and eat lots of good things and love it

low carb high fat update....its been about a year and i am down 120 pounds. about 20 to go to goal. I have been stuck at this weight for about 2 months, because i have been experimenting with foods and cals. I got back to what was working a week ago, started seeing weight come down again

2 pounds a week is doable. as for the eating too little...thats hard to answer because we dont know the intensity of your workout and w dont know if you are eating back some of the cals you burn from working out or not

avocados by themselves are not great taste and the texture is not great either in my opinion. I put them in omelettes and in tuna salad and in other things, because avocados absorb the other flavors and the texture issues kind of goes away

I guess I should have added that I think you can gain if you eat too much on any "diet" based on my experience. I know thats not science. Just wanted to put in my 2 cents
