I just checked and from what i could find between 5 and 20% of americans will get the flu. That means that 80 - 95 % will not get it. in my opinion carbs do not stay with you and leave you hungry sooner. So you tend to want to eat....thats the problem

mfp wants me at something like 1800 but i choose to make mine 1500. I am doing LCHF and 1500 is enough. I am not hungry, no cravings and am losing weight (113 pounds since January without exercise). I am 55 male and set for lightly active or whatever that is....just more than sedentary.

maybe try some dark chocolate to satisfy the craving? I have bakers 100% cacao unsweetened sometimes. Its bitter but its chocolate. Has fewer cals, good fats, and fiber too!

thats why i dont do "cheat" days. I might do a cheat snack or a cheat meal, but not all day. Its too easy to fall into old habits and too hard to catch up

Everything is easier. I used to hate walking, now with 110+ pounds off I dont mind it. My sons 32 and 30 have both told me to slow down when we walk someplace together. I can put on my socks and tie my shoes without suffocating. Even wiping my backside is easier....sorry thats gross but true
