On Thursdays, I have Zumba at 6:30 in the evening, so before class I usually blend chocolate protein and a frozen banana. This carries me thru until I get home at 8. Then I usually will have some fruit because we go to bed so early. If I eat a regular meal before class, I feel terrible!

I would run with my phone. When she is coming down the street, I would stop, turn around and video tape her as she is coming past me and keep taping her until she is past me. It's gonna be great to see the look on her face when she realizes that you are taping her!!!! If that doesn't work, I'd go with the mooning!!!!!

I use the Slip on Dancers at Zumba. When we have a song that has jumping in it, I take them off so I don't slip.

We had a blade roast a couple of weeks ago in the crockpot and it was delicious. I usually buy the roasts that are on sale at the time or the cheapest ones. I totally agree with you! I just got mine set up on Saturday and every nite it's fun to see how many steps and calories burned. I was just curious since I just got it synced with MFP, what time of the day do the calories burned go over to MFP?? Or do I enter them at the end of my day?

I hope this doesn't sound stupid, but what kind of exercises did you do with weights? I do Zumba 4 times a week and would like to add weight training, but don't know where to start. I have 3, 5 & 8 pound weights at home.

I usually have 2 cheat days. Lunch on Saturdays and Lunch on Sundays, but I still watch and try not to over do it. Weekends are the hardest!

I did the 30 Day Shred first time through with no rest days. Many on MFP said to take 1 day of rest between levels. The second time through I took Sundays off. Either way works!
