I look at it like this: Gymnasts have no boobs. Swimmers have little tiny ones. Pretty much most of the women in the Olympics have little ones. Coincidence? Also I heard once (not sure if true) that working out the pecs makes the girls look higher/smaller.

I think black coffee has virtually no calories... but I like my coffee creamy and sweet so I have cut down to one per day, when I arrive at work in the morning. Wlk for 10 minutes with them, as a warm up for you, then drop them home and go as far and as fast as you like! You're doing it for exercise after all not just to see what's what.

I started with 3 lb dumbbells, some of the things i found very easy (chest flies) and some things i couldn't even so all of (shoulder raises). I would say get a few different weights, experiment to see what you can and can't handle.

I've been trying it but I can't stick to the EVERY day thing, mainly because I don't want to , lol. But I've done Level 1 about 14 times!! plan on trying Level 2 when I get my air conditioner (today!!) because it is too damn hot in here.
