I AM doing it. I'm halfway to my goal. So, don't think about it, just do it. The only thing stopping you is your brain being silly :) So make your body do it and your brain will have to deal with it.

30 Day Shred is where it's at. The workouts are only 20 minutes and the program is only for 30 days so for a lazy person like me, it's a program that seems easy to finish. I like planks! I like to do it on the forearms and tippy-toes. If I do it on my hands, my shoulders get tired too quickly. Usually I will do it sometime during the work day, I just go in the bathroom and plank for 30 seconds. It's hard for me still! I've gone from 192 to 170 (obviously not done yet) but 90% of my pants now give me the dreaded CROTCH POCKET! I bought a new pair of size 12 jeans, so exciting, but like... those are the only pair that don't fall off... lol.. how long will I have to wear too big clothes.. aaggghhh!
