I put as 25 minutes of calisthenics. Many use "circuit training."0

'Circut Training' or 'Calisthenics (vigorous Effort)' is usually pretty close. I've used my heart rate monitor with it a few times and found that either of those two are close enough to use, instead of wearing the HRM all the time
But don't log the full 27 minutes or however long it takes. You start off with some warmups and you end with a cool-down. Don't think you heart rate is at 165 when you're stretching your legs
The actual workout is just 20 minutes. I always log it as Calisthenics (Vigorous effort) for 20 minutes. It's worked great for me.0
