Ladies, show me your butts!

Hey My Fitness Gals!!
I wanna see examples of behinds that WERE flat and fat that were transformed into something impressive. I've been told it can't be done, if you have no butt you will never have a butt. Is this TRUE? Am I destined to have no butt forever? Or can I do crazy squats and lunges to build up my glutes?
If you made yourself a nice round booty, show me now and tell me how!

Sorry I do not take pics of my butt...I can testify that lifting heavy (squats, deadlifts especially) has lifted my once flat *kitten* into something marvellous (well my boyfriend keeps commenting on it so it must be true) I have noticed it has lifted too.0

I don't think you can make it any bigger unless you gain weight, but you can build up your muscles to make it nice and tight0

I've never had a flat butt! Your more than welcome to some of mine!0

That's good to hear, thanks!
It's really discouraging to hear "If you don't have a butt you will never have a butt"

I'm not going to post any creeper bait.
But...my original pancake butt is now firm and round.
Thanks to squats and running.0 -

Just do the exercises for yourself and see! You'll never know until you try.
Squats should be added to any workout routine anyways.
I am a fan of Vida Guerra (fitness model), in 2004 her butt was nice but not toned, however, ever since she got involved in weight training it is amazing! I am at work and I can't really look her up here. You'll know what I mean once you Google her.0 -
I have heard a lot about the Brazilian Butt lift videos never tried it though I unfortunatly suffer from the opposite too much butt lol0

I don't know what I did for it. It just ... is.
I do a lot of walking and jogging up and down pretty steep hills and I do yoga. Every once in a while I get into a decent weight lifting routine, but I don't do a lot of glute-specific stuff.0 -

I don't need creepy pictures! I will happily take your success stories0 -
I am not a lady. However, I have always had a flat butt. Since I started cycling and spinning, I have definitely seen an increase in firmness in the assular region. So, I'll echo what others have said, I don't think it can get bigger from exercise, but you can definitely tone and shape it from exercise.0
