I'm not going to post any creeper bait.
But...my original pancake butt is now firm and round.
Thanks to squats and running.0 -
I am interested in this thread from a purely bodybuilding perspective.
If you have any butt-building advice, I would be interested in that

Just do the exercises for yourself and see! You'll never know until you try.
Squats should be added to any workout routine anyways.
I am a fan of Vida Guerra (fitness model), in 2004 her butt was nice but not toned, however, ever since she got involved in weight training it is amazing! I am at work and I can't really look her up here. You'll know what I mean once you Google her.0 -
I have heard a lot about the Brazilian Butt lift videos never tried it though I unfortunatly suffer from the opposite too much butt lol0

I don't know what I did for it. It just ... is.
I do a lot of walking and jogging up and down pretty steep hills and I do yoga. Every once in a while I get into a decent weight lifting routine, but I don't do a lot of glute-specific stuff.0 -

I don't need creepy pictures! I will happily take your success stories0 -
I am not a lady. However, I have always had a flat butt. Since I started cycling and spinning, I have definitely seen an increase in firmness in the assular region. So, I'll echo what others have said, I don't think it can get bigger from exercise, but you can definitely tone and shape it from exercise.0

Don't have any *kitten* pics on here and don't know how to load. But I'm working on mine with a mix of
Gym: heavy lifting, Squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc
Home: brazilian butt lift and butt bible
Outside: stairs and jogging.
have seen some good results so far.0
