Hi, I added a few of you. I really want to do this Keto but is hard to wrap my head around the amount of fats people are supposed to eat. I completely understand the science behind it. Just that so many years hearing about how bad fat is.... you know, makes it a little challenge at the beginning.

Don't be nervous. I plan to compete too and it would be the first time I compete in anything (besides math tournaments I participated while in high school) . I know very little, but I think you are eating too many calories. If you are really 4'5" you shouldn't eat above 2000 cals. I have done the 6 week 6 pack a couple of times, when I cant make it to the gym. I love the workout specially bc you really workout more than your abs. But since I haven't done it as requiered I haven't seen results. Have you seen results so far?

Well, I went for vacation last week. I did't binge at all but eating from restaurants is shown in the scale; CSW: 188 LWW: 182 CW: 182.8 LO: -0.8 (thats a gain :sad: ) TLO: 5.2 (not proud of that :grumble: )
