Slow + Steady - 6 months in progress pics & stats

I'd been telling myself I would post my progress at the 6 month mark as a form of motivation. i'm about half way to my goal and trying to do this slowly to keep it off for good. I've lost the weight before but didn't do it using sustainable methods.
To say I've been a yo-yo dieter is an understatement! But this time I plan to stay with MFP and now know tracking needs to be a lifestyle for me
Here's the last 6 years of my weigh ins to give you an idea!
Since I've been trying to build more muscle and focus on fitness for sports I decided I would start taking measurements every other month rather than just relying on the scale:
And now for the scary part.. the photos! I can see the change in my belly, but i'm hoping the rest will start to follow suit! My pear shape is being more pronounced. Plan on wearing the same outfit at every check in to really see the change. I had already lost about 5 lbs before I started taking the photos.
For those interested, I'm about 5"6, 31 years old. My target is 1400 cals a day, and I eat on average about half of my exercise calories back. Always up for new friends to keep motivated on here as well

You are looking good! About the same starting weight (210) and current weight (180.6) as me, only its taken me a year, so you go girl!!! I can tell a big difference in how your shorts are fitting you as well! Keep up the hard work!0
