Lunamare thanks for starting this weeks weigh in. I am down too. 170 Not really sure that is counts though, I have been having gall problems. Doing a gall flush tomorrow and hopefully that will fix it without surgery. Hope everyone had a great week.

MoniSunz, you are welcome to jump in anytime. If you have weighed yourself in the last week or so, we can use that as your starting weight. Or you can just log your weight with the rest of us tomorrow and use it as your starting weight.

Up this week: 170.0, working out us much slower since lumbar strain. Maybe this week I can step it up a little.

Have not done the shimmy challenge, had a lumbar strain over a week ago. In fact it happened the first day of the challenge. So, I have not had the chance to try it. I will start tonight, but slowly.

Sorry I have been away. I had a lumbar strain and have been working my way back. I will be rebounding for the first time in over a week tonight. I know baby steps.

This is my first full 10 week log with PUG. Starting at 168.8.

My turn to go up. Gained 2 lbs. This morning I'm at 172. My husband is a baker and I must learn self control. I do not have to taste everything he brings home. This week will be better.
