  • I am in again! I am upping my walking/ jogging to 50 miles. I am adding bicycling on as well with a biking mileage of 30 miles. I will separate them when I record them :smile: I am really excited about this month :love:
  • So, me being me... I forgot to turn my alarm on this morning to get my C25K in. But I did go for a bike ride after work, and walked 0.5 miles. This means that next month, I am adding biking into the mix. :bigsmile: Total for this month is 41.5 miles walking/ jogging. Surpassed my goal by 6.5 miles.

  • C25K is a running program that works you into running. You jog and walk in the intervals specified. Each week or day depending on t he week you jog for a longer amount of time. It really is a lot of fun!

  • Always have a fan going- even in winter. It drives the hubby crazy because he gets cold. If the fan isn't going, I have to have that white noise app going on my phone. Funny thing is that I can't sleep with the tv on unless sports are on.
