Completely agree with you guys about Robert Pattinson.... I never really noticed how strange looking he is until i saw the trailer for 'Water for Elephants' or whatever it is.... xx

I don't think this is really a problem... weight always seems to come off quite quickly at first. Eventually it will slow down. As long as you're eating well and exercising you have nothing to worry about. xx

I'm 5'6" and my target weight is 133... I may be aiming a bit low but I think I'd be happy with that weight. I definately wouldn't want to be much lighter than that though xx

Just keep trying, keep tracking your food and exercise... get as much exercise as you can, even if its just 10 minutes a day, it will make a difference. All your work will start paying off. Also... try to avoid eating late at night. xx

This happens to me too... sometimes I only ache a little for around 15 mins right after a workout and then I can quite esily forget that I even did it. But I notice changes in my body... looking slightly slimmer, muscles looking more defined... this is how I can tell that my workouts are effective even if my body doesnt…

I lost 35lbs two years ago and managed to put all but 11lbs back on... I started coming back on the site last week to get myself losing again... and hopefully this time the weight will stay off :) But, yeah, welcome back :) xx

Thanks to your posts I tried weighing myself on a hard surface and discovered that I'm 5lbs lighter than I thought I was. :) :) I'm really happy now lol xx

I guess I'll just have to keep working and hope the weight eventually comes off my arms... they're not attractive. I have been doing some light weight training to build and define the muscle. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and hope for the best. Thanks xx

I sometimes get pains in my joints and am often very tired and have to take naps in the afternoons (lol). These are possibly symptoms and I should see a doctor really. xx
