I never thought about it like that, but you could be right about it being more prominent the slimmer the person. I just know its super frustrating. It makes me feel like I can't relax the reins every once in a while :(

Talenti is really good as well, but I personally can't portion control with Talenti lol with halo top I feel very satisfied being able to eat the whole pint if I want to at 240-360 calories. Plus the protein def satiates me!
