I can't give up my bread either. I eat Healthy Life whole wheat bread which is 35 calories a slice and low carbs too. Great ideas though :happy:

I totally agree with this but I am still scared to eat that many calories because I end up going over in my sodium and going over my sodium is almost worse to me than eating over my calories. I delete them if there is no return support and haven't logged on for a month (with 0 progress). The only time I think twice about deleting if they haven't been on in a month is if they barely have any friends. I don't like deleting too many people. I think I have deleted maybe 4 people in the past 4 months.

I am not 26 but am 216lbs right now. I have been losing weight every week. Some weeks better than others. Last week I just squeaked by with a 1 lb weight loss. This week so far I have lost almost 5 pounds. My calorie goal is 1400. I usually end up actually eating about 1200-1300 lately.
