  • EGG CRUNCH (under 200 calories) 1 serving Corn Flakes (1.25 cups) 1 Large Egg broken on top, then mixed together. Nuke for 40 seconds...have every morning. and 2 cups of decaf coffee 1 cup of water try adding some cheese or meat sometimes use Bran Flakes (1 cup)
  • you are in for a surprise :) you probably won't eat it by itself...thick and kind of tastes like sour cream. a lot lower in calories and fat content ... plain old white!!!
