Try this for a low cal version of pizza.
Take a whole wheat tortilla and put in 425 degree oven until crispy, probably less than 10 minutes.
Top with pizza sauce, low fat, part skim mozzarella and whatever toppings of your choice - be sure to measure portion sizes of all ingredients.
Tonight I added spinach, mushrooms and turkey pepperoni for one and deli ham and pineapple on the other... Delicious!

I had the whole thing of the one with the pepperoni and half of the pineapple one for 462 calories! Check out what just one slice of regular pizza is! So many options and you could even make it lower calorie

I love Pizza, try adding your toppings before you put them in the oven.

    one tortillas shell (pesto garlic)
two tbsp of ragu spaghetti sauce or just plain tomato sauce or paste
    1/4 cup of red onions
    1/2 cup of cucs

touch each cuc with jerk or dijon mustard

    AWESOME !!!

350 degree for 10 -12 minutes on pizza pan
    298 calories

ya sometimes I would add cheese, but doesn't need it.
add your own toppings ... today I added mini corn as well :)
