So how much radioactive waste should I be taking in per day? I average around 40 grams, is that too low?

You should check out the book New Rules of Lifting for Women, it has great info for beginners on strength training. I LOVE STRENGTH TRAINING. Start it as quickly as possible. Strength training and eating enough protein (generally recommended as 1 gram per pound of lean body mass) will help you preserve your current muscle…

As far as fixing it up, you can use it like white rice... it definitely has a different texture and slightly different flavor. I'm crazy for it. I often put some chopped purple onions and tomatoes on top of a bed of brown rice, and lay some avocado slices on top of that.

Pretty self-explanatory

I've tried several recipes and this one seems to work the best. I find that I have to steam it for a little longer than recommended though (maybe 5 extra minutes). http://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Perfect-Brown-Rice

Honestly I'm very happy with the way I eat now, I guess I will have to adjust calories or amount of exercise or whatever but I don't foresee any major changes.

HIGH FIVES ALL AROUND FOR LADIES GETTING THEIR PROTEIN IN <3

No it isn't, you should probably be aiming for at least 100g of protein per day. :) MFP likes to set its protein goals far too low.
-
No, Jesus. No it won't.
-
MFP automatically sets its protein goals way too low for some reason. You should probably be aiming for at least 100g per day.

I call those years the mega bulk cycle.

Barf. Steak n Shake all the way for me.

You can't spot reduce fat. Just keep reducing bodyfat overall and eventually it will shrink.

I don't know which of these people goes to my gym. I stopped paying attention to people at the gym after I saw a healthy girl deadlifting four pounds. I realized it was the stupidest thing I ever could or would see in the gym, and that there was no point in peoplewatching after that.

In yard, playing with kids. Suddenly: drenched in maggots. I'd say that definitely qualifies as an FML moment. WOW.

If I was really interested in someone I would want to talk to them more than once a week.

I'm betting your deficit from TDEE is greater than 15-20 calories so. No.

No sag issues for me so far, but I don't really care if I do wind up with some sag. I'd rather have some loose skin than 100 lbs of fat. I'll just wait a few years, keep on with the diet, exercise, and moisturizer, and save up for a future tummy tuck.

Muscles retain water to repair themselves. It's normal.

Yeah, I can't eat nearly as much as I used to be able to.

Since you only have 40 lbs to lose that's an extremely unrealistic goal. :/ Jus' sayin. There isn't any food you should avoid, but I would recommend starting a strength training program (like with actual weights, not 2lb weights), eating at least 100g of protein per day, and making sure you do not starve yourself. Please…

Definitely give your muscles a chance to rest. I can't see what exercises you're doing, but I agree that you shouldn't work the same muscles 2 days in a row. People usually split their strength training to focus on different groups: say, work lower body one day, then upper body the next, or focus on squats one day,…

A family member lost a lot of weight doing this, but I'm pretty sure it had more to do with the fact that brownies, cookies, cheesecakes and candy bars were on the nono list than anything else.

Candy bars, soda, and McDonald's. Particularly chicken nuggets. I tried those once and they tasted like soggy battered cat food. Every time I see someone complaining about how they can't have McDonald's I just WTF. I also hate potato chips passionately.
