You need to eat more, especially if you are exercising. You need to try to net a minimum of 1200 calories per day by eating back your exercise calories. You should also try to get much more protein - aim for 100g per day.

Do what you can to prevent it but honestly... some people get it. Some people don't. I personally don't have any yet, but who knows what will happen? And who cares? It's not like I'm strutting around in a bikini these days anyways.

You can't spot reduce fat. At this point your best bet is probably to focus on strength training and building muscle before trying to cut any more fat.

I use unsweetened because it tastes much better to me than sweetened. Besides, I don't pour sugar in cow's milk. Why would I want it in almond milk?

I'm shocked and disgusted that seafood is an eligible food on this program. Next you'll be telling me they're letting poor people eat vegetables. What is this world coming to?!

They should post armed guards at the entrance to the grocery store to keep out the undesirables and let the poor people rummage through the dumpsters out back for expired meat like God intended.

In order to ensure that poor people don't have access to food they're not allowed to eat, I think welfare offices should do away with food stamps and instead hand out a sack of flour and a can of beans per week.
