I'm in the same place as you, my trainer suggested an herb called "black cohosh", my preliminary research looks promising still waiting to ask my doctor (who is all into alternative medicine) if this is an option for me.

Thanks for the tips, I really want to do this without going around any of the obstacles. The wall is the one that scares me, so upper body strengthening will be a focus along with building endurance. Someone has also suggested gloves for the rope climbs.

I had to laugh at that I hit 50 this year and plan on getting one when I reach my goal weight. I've always wanted one since the show I Dream of Jeanie :wink:

On the video I use, she does a mile in 12 min. that would be a 5mph walking, right?

I'm doing the same thing and I call it low impact cardio. Right now I can just do the 1 mile mark, it kicks my butt :wink:

I've used this for a while now as a veggie dip, if you add some skim milk to the mix it thins it out to pour on salad. I do this only when I'm about to use it so it will stay fresh.

I think the bigger issue are the amount of preservatives and sugar added to the "whole wheat bread", I'm at work but now I think I need to read the label of my nutty wheat bread (which I love).

Part of my plan to get healthy is eat food as naturally as possible. I want to get rid of all the processed foods. Those chemicals can't be good for you. So one of my goals to keep active is also to grow some veges and a couple of fruit trees in the backyard. I am using Splenda and I will finish what I have and then switch…
