Today I was literally a beast in the gym! It started out with Zumba, then on to Kickboxing, from there I hit the elliptical, and then to the track for a 1/2 mile jog, had an average heart rate of 175! Thank God! Another team member replied I was gettting kind of scared. Hopefully the others will post their first entry, but just a snick peak of the challenge. Tomorrow, you should do at least 30-45 minutes of cardio. Please document what type of cardio you did. Also ONLY water nothing else.

I do exactly what you did. I log in to see my progress and tell myself that the marginal benefit is greater than the marginal cost! If you think that your meal is going to leave you with a dreadful night in the kichen cleaning use slow cooker bags or oven roast bag. I like the oven roast bags better for some reason. Meal still has the same effect if the bag wasn't in there. Just a suggestion.
