  • I have been reading up on it, and I am not convinced. At $50 a pop, not FDA approved, I wouldn't. If you are diabetic, it's advisable NOT to use it. If you take any type of drugs, check with your doctor as there are side effects and repercussions. For me, nothing takes the place of learning how to eat properl and exercise.
