Sad to say I've only attended 3 concerts. (Living on an island in AK will do that to ya) Aerosmith at the Gorge in George WA was my first concert. IT ROCKED! P!nk in LA and then Lonestar at Primm NV.

I just found a new treat. Merangue cookies. I can eat 13 of them for 120 calories. Has a bit of protein too. Fudge cicles are great Fresh fruit (in season) Fruit smoothie Skinny Cow's Caramel Macchiatto ice cream cup was tasty too!

I have a blueberry sauce (berries, lemon juice and vanilla warmed) I put over greek yogurt. Its just like dessert then I'll have to try freezing it! I saw an add somewhere from Fage with Bobby Flay using it. Maybe you'll find recipe's at the website??

Panodra is the only one I listen to. There are apps though like Rock my Run and FIT Radio and Workout Radio. I have them, but don't often use them.

Player is my iphone and you'll find a few jams from the 80's and 90's but mostly stuff from the last 10 years. (There are three songs from the Neverland Pirate band for my kid too) Anything with a good beat that gets me moving! Imagine Dragons and Maroon 5 are getting most of the play time this month!

Wait til you are all healed up, and then ride the bike again. You can try shorter distances at first if you don't want the pain/soreness again. It won't take long until you can do the 16 miles easily! If it's not better in two weeks, you could look into a different seat!

If you linked the two together, it should sync. It will log your steps and they will show up as exercise on MFP but ONLY when you sync it with your phone or computer. It won't automatically do it. I did one of these about 6 months ago! It was fun! I had an app on my phone though that sent me a reminder daily and broke it up into sets of 5 so it was doable! I loved it! I miss that app and now its not free :( Good luck!

I do this also, but add worchestire (sp) sauce to the egg wash and I season the crumbs with anything I feel like! Parm cheese, seasoned salt, italian seasoning etc.

Listen to your body, it usually tells you what it needs ;) It's certainly not going to kill ya, but I wouldn't do it often. I know there is a fasting program out there (intermittent fasting or something like that) that people swear by.
