Go to your food log like you're going to add something. There are tabs at the top RECENT FREQUENT etc click on the frequent if its not already chosen and you'll see :)

I too deal with things on a 24 hour basis. So it doesn' t matter when I log my first meal. My times are set just like Cati_Sidhe. I think it's because you chose to lose 2 pounds a week. Choose less and see what happens!!! And if you're exercising, it will allow you to eat more than that, but you have to log the exercise.

Could you be eating too fast? I know if I drink too much water, I get bloated. I have to stop around 6 cups unless I'm really active. Running/walking helps move things through the body too, are you active?

Designer Whey vanilla I can mix it with just almond milk or regular milk and it tastes just fine as long as you blend it or have a shaker ball in your cup. Also vanilla is easy, you can change it up, add berries, cocoa powder, peanut butter, flax or chia and on and on .... Their ARIA one is chalky!

LOLO Treadmill is a great one! She reminds you to keep good posture and isn't annoying! Similar to the C25K app, but if you want to switch it up, you just tap the graph up and she says "Well ok, let's go then!" I used it OUTSIDE only and not on the treadmill.

pumping your hands will help move the fluid while you're walking. It's just blood/fluid building up since gravity is pulling it down. Massage hands/arms before and after. Used to happen to me all the time... now its only occasionally but I hadn't thought much about it until reading this post!

There are tons of add ins you can use to flavor it. Crystal light has liquid's out now, gatorade mix ins, lemon juice, lime juice, any fruit juice in a small amount won't add many calories. You don't have to drink plain water. Flavor it up if it helps. Just be careful of anything that has fake sugars in it..... too much…
