I am in the same boat. Going from 183-186 over and over and over and over again! I stopped the extreme exercise that I had gotten "addicted" to. No more 5am's for me for now! I just went back to focusing on eating better. I get more sleep and I'm happier. One of these days I'll find something that will help the weight go…

I'm currently stuck on the greek yogurt with 1/3 cup Kashi cereal. They all taste good! The Fage blueberry yogurt is what I've got this week and I love it! Keeps me full til lunch! 215 calories total I measure the cereal out in baggies so I can just grab one and my yogurt and hit the road.
