I tan but, then I have olive skin (I have have regular skin checks and the doctor told me to get out in the sun as darker skin people need more Vitamin D). However, my husband is as pale as a ghost, has had many skin cancers frozen and removed and recently several melanoma's cut out, luckily they have got it all. Why not…

I would have to agree with this post... my friends are mostly family and a few others I know from elsewhere... I am doing this for me and while it is great to hear positive things (we all need that from time to time) I don't expect it... I like the way that I am feeling, looking and changing, it is all for the positive!…

Don't worry about the few people... you look great!! The fact that you are feeling great is all you need to worry about... keep doing what you're doing it is clearly working for you!

I hung to my fat clothes for years for just in case and 9 times out of 10 the just in case came around... Not anymore, once my clothes get to the point of falling down or hanging off me, I get rid of them... I just cleaned out my wardrobe and donated several pairs of jeans and shorts (all of which were so baggy and needed…

Eggs are a good protein source... I usually have a 2 egg omelette with diced ham and cottage cheese. On occasion I also add chicken, bacon and/or spring onions.

Try eating more during the day and drink water after dinner... when that happens to me I find if I drink water it helps heaps and is enough that I don't need to eat.

not sure of the technical term but, mine was a rear wall prolapse and it was bad enough that when I had my surgery I had to have a hysterectomy as well, because it was that bad I would have been back 6 months later to have it removed anyway. I wasn't allowed to do anything for 6weeks after and it took me about 3 months…

I think they start to feel insecure as you lose the weight because they see other men suddenly checking you out! I told my husband he should take it as a compliment, that other men find HIS wife attractive... they are jealous of HIM and that should make him proud not insecure. I then add that if I was going to leave him I…

I suffered from a prolapse after my 3rd child... the best exercises at the time under physio direction was pilates, this helps to strengthen the core muscles and puts very little stress on the abs (if done correctly you focus on your pelvic floor as opposed to the abs). She wrote a book called 'My Pelvic Flaw', she being…

I think what is rude to some is not to others'... I would rather be straight to the point than have someone sugar coat everything... sure that come across as rude but if you asked the question expect to get the varying responses! Take what you want and leave what you don't... I am on another forum and have sometimes asked…

I've never logged cleaning as an exercise, it is something that is generally done on a regular basis and is not really something we do to increase our fitness levels. I only log exerciser that I am doing to improve my health and fitness... I washed and polished my car yesterday as well as vacuum it, I did not log it as I…

I often use Shred if I can't get to the gym, it's quick and convenient. I recently increased the weights and it was like starting all over! I have some of her other DVD's as well and find them all quite challenging.
