my workout plan

so im looking at
running 3x times a week for around 45mins at a time
then im going to do 3x a week of a DVD Jillian Micheals 30 day shred then ripped in 30 and work trough her strength training dvds.
then Saturdays is my rest day so illl only be walking my dog.
does this sound okay

    If you are not used to working out 6 days/week this might be a little heavy at first. GIve yourself a couple of rest days, listen to your body so a pesky injury doesn't take you out.
    Other than that, sounds great (especially the dog walking part!).

    That sounds really ambitious - I'm just trying to get motivated to do 3x week - any suggestions for the ultimate procrastinating couch potato??
