supposedly you can change the ft4s batteries yourself too, i havent had to yet though.

polar ft4 is good. it can go in a pool too. times your workout, how long you are in target heart rate range, your heart rate and calories burned, max heart rate and average heart rate for the work out. really cant ask for much more. approx 80 bucks on amazon

i love this thread for recipes! i need to find some really good lunches to repeat, dinner I have to mix it up to feed the rest of the family, i almost wish i could find a few good things and eat them over and over but i dont want to make two dinners a night. maybe someday, hah

i didnt know you could just add cals, today is my birthday and i ate two thirds of a piece of cake that is over 1k a slice total. :/

it appears to me, and i could be wrong, that it is more for finding your calorie goal to maintain or lifting to build muscle, rather than lose.

in my experience, the only time I can tell a difference is when i eat it totally by itself. which isnt often. i usually eat them with wheat thins and small pieces of cheese as a snack. but i have had it on pizza and sandwiches. with cheese and crackers i cant tell. when i eat it alone, it is definitely subpar to regular.…

this needs repeated. it is so "instinctual" to put your knee in front of your foot when squatting down that in my opinion it takes a lot of effort and concentration to really make sure that doesnt happen during the squat like activities. even if you have to go slow, or get a cheap o plastic full length mirror to work next…
