It could be that you need water, so I would try drinking a glass of water and seeing if that helps. From there, I would either go with a piece of low-fat protein (maybe a couple oz of chicken) to get the fat that will help with feeling full, while also getting a boost from protein. Just thought of another snack! Almonds... buy a bag and keep them at your desk or buy a bag and pre-make portions in ziplock baggies to grab and go.

Some snacks that I take to work include fruit (bananas, apples, strawberries), snack-size cheese, dannon low-fat vanilla yogurt (in the tub), and kashi go-lean crunch granola cereal. I also take boiled eggs too... they're super yummy and I figure that a couple of eggs a couple times a week are okay (I eat the yolks too).…

Definitely!! I mainly pre-plan what I'll be eating during the day while I'm at work (breakfast/lunch/snacks) and take it all with me. And I leave about 400-500 calories for dinner and depending on what I eat, I may have room for a treat like popcorn or sugar-free pudding (which is super yummy!).
