These are our three "puppies", Sammy, Daisy, and Hank.

This is our big boy Hank, not a "puppy" by any means, but he's my puppy. He's about 8 1/2 now and we adopted him when he was 5. His life's motto is "Sun's Out, Tongue's Out"

congratulations!!!! When I lost a lot of weight about 5 years ago, I remember the feeling I got when I was in the "Oneder Club" I can't wait to get that feeling again. Keep up the great work!! You're doing fantastic!!

I have been doing Daily Burn on and off for the last two years and LOVE it! I just started it back up again in December and it's helped me lose 21 pounds and take off a lot of inches. I love the way I feel with it. It offers many different programs; yoga, pilates, tabata, beginners, etc. I really enjoy the Cardio Sculpt 3…

I too want to become more healthy and active! 2017 is our year! I've requested you as a friend. :)

Great way to start the year! Challenges are always great to kick start eating better! Feel free to add me, I'm always looking for motivating friends as well!

First off, I had terrible gall bladder issues, followed by digestive issues after having it removed. I feel your pain! It sounds like you're ready to get started, which is great! You've already mentally set your mind to it, so you know you'll succeed. Take it one day at a time, eat less and move more, and don't beat…

While my heart hurts for you having to go through that, I'm so happy that you're here. 2017 is going to be your year!!!

I struggle terribly with sweet foods. I haven't had much sugar in the last month and a half and I think it's because I've started eating Pure Protein bars. While they aren't ideal food, I think the thought of having sugar (they only have 2 grams of sugar) helps me out. I don't even crave sweets anymore, and I'm now…

I am always looking for support friends. I'll happily add you as my friends. :)

Sounds very familiar to me, too. I would like ideally like to lose between 55 - 65 pounds. I've lost weigh on MFP in the past, and I definitely need the support to keep me on track. I don't have anything major planned for the year, other than to be happy and comfortable. I would love to join this group as well.

I subscribe to Daily Burn, you can stream it through your ROKU, computer, tablet, phone, etc. I love it! I've had it for about a year now and have tried multiple programs. It's about $13/month. Much cheaper than the gym, and I get to do a "class" on my own schedule.

I too would like to lose about 60 pounds and need motivation. Friend requests sent!

I found this recipe not too long ago (thank you Pinterest) http://www.marthastewart.com/336994/grilled-sweet-potatoes-with-scallions and LOVE it! We've made it a few times and I could make a meal of it. I look forward to having friends over to share this delicious goodness! Love shish kabobs, that's what we're having…

I hate burpees but would love this challenge!

I prefer morning workouts because like a lot of others have said, I value my evenings and will generally find excuses not to workout at night. I also read/saw somewhere it's more beneficial to workout in the morning. The example they used was if you were to place a stick of butter directly onto a pan on the oven it will…

I didn't even know/think there was one in the transmitter, I'll bring it in to the jewelers today! Thanks for the help!!

Bump! I need some tips as well.

I have two English Mastiffs and because of their size I generally will walk each of them separately which is a bonus for me. My big girl just weighed in at 160 and we want to get her down to about 150ish. So when I don't want to walk I just think Daisy needs me to walk her big ol' booty.
-
I don't because it's generally stuff I did when I was gaining weight or larger. Unless I'm walking to the store, or around town for a long time and it's far out of my ordinary day walking. I also don't count cleaning unless it's some Cinderella, hands on the ground scrubbing for two hours type cleaning, and that's only…
