You are either eating healthy or your not, try to remember that when you go out. If this is a lifestyle change and you are serious, you have to find a balance. Since you are in the first week basically, I would NOT recommend you having a cheat day or meal. Up to you as you know your plan/goals. Just saying.................…

Yes its an alternative same as Spagetti squash in place of noddles/pasta- BUT it still taste like califlower and squash ;)

Mine is fine, but for the past 3 days my fitbit cal adjustment is very low, and I am not a newbie been doing alot of activities for the past 8 months, so I know what they should be. Its not a big deal, but it drives me nuts. I will tell u that for some reason the 2 get unsync'd - go in and check your setting and be sure u…

work it into ur day & carry on, if that is something that u never intend on giving up, you have the answer.

Dont do it, its miserable. I bought them for the ankles and wrist and never wear them. just increase your speed and incline- thats enough. Especially in the winter time when all we have is the treadmill. Once you can get out - Hiking is great!!! ;) They dont cost alot so u could certainly try it, but I hated them. I also…

My dear I have the same problem! I have DEFLATED myself and I dont even know when/how it happened, but it did. But think of it this way, we learned many things. How to eat, how to exercise, how to log and the support of many peeps here on MFP. Now we just have to tone up! I am not convinced that will work, but I can try.…

that was hilarious! but I too say "can we keep him"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally up to you, but I would avoid a cheat DAY and maybe concentrate on just a MEAL once a week. This is a lifestyle change... if you need something to look forward too, then try it. Check out carb cycling, its the confusion to your body you spoke of. I too find when I eat more, I lose, but I still make good choices, not…

I have really raised my cals, and I know its time to weight lift, I just really dont want too. :) I am able now to recognize when I am hungry, which is pretty cool. Everyone is right, its the only way. Read that article someone posted, its good. http://gokaleo.com/?p=666 You dont need…

Well for me, I feel sick and weak. As soon as I eat I am better withing 15 minutes. For me its never intentional to get this way just sometimes days are different. For me to complete my workouts food is very impt. If I dont eat well I cant workout. ;)

Eat it, count it and move on.

Its a side effect, typically due to lack of fat, protien and calories. My hairdresser sees it all the time. Google the subject, tons of posts... The American Council on Exercise advises no more than 2 lbs. a week for healthy weight loss. If you are losing more than that, you may be at risk for hair loss.

To each his own, but I hated them.........only made once and tossed them, I REALLYYYYYYYYYY tried to like them, b/c I need the salty crunch, but for me tastes like burnt grass with some dirt... :> You should try it once, its so cheap.. and really easy to do.

Get a HRM or a Fitbit and track yourself, never add daily activities as exercise, exercise is a deliberate activity.
-
Diet and exercise. Why would you ever take drugs to accomplish this.
-
Best for you to go read the past forums on it. It only tracks movement. Its like a pedometer on steroids, if u are standing up like in the kitchen just move ur legs up and down and it counts steps. I walk on the treadmill, and outside when the weather permits- It will pick up on the elipticle, and of course Zumba/aerobics…

Barf! I HATEEEEEEEEEEEEEE it.

Log breakfast and move on. 200! Days strong and in maintenance. I have been having talks with myself all week that it is ok to eat what I want. But we will see. I am happy that this is a true lifestyle change and what I cook - fresh, clean is what I prefer. ;)
-
Yup, but I have had no problem logging each day, but can't imagine if I didnt have my Droid. I think for me and most is the day you stop, you feel like u may go back to the old ways, afterall I have 10000000000000 times before, I am 200 days strong. I dont wanna stop and hope I never do.

You know, stating the obvious, you might just be tired. :) Life is rough!

What she said. Diet and exercise.
