  • Blue cheese, goat cheese, greek yogurt, mustard, salad, eggs, fish to name a few....actually since I have been eating clean and healthy lots of foods make me gag, I cant eat things I once loved. I actually eat to live now. Funny how things have worked out that way.

  • Yes your logging is not good at all- the others are correct, log correctly and eat good food, no processed. You are losing at a good rate, slow and steady- hard to remember when u want it off now. If u lose to fast by starving you WILL gain it back and ur skin will not be forgiving either.

  • DEFINITELY get the protein up to 1gm of your body weight and lower the carbs. Eat as clean as you can, prepare ur own food to avoid sodium and additives.
