Yes thats obessive and misleading to u. I weigh first thing in the morning after getting up and going to the bathroom. You're weight will fluctuate all during the day, so you're going to be unhappy about that as well. :)

Yep, one of my complaints as well. I dont think it goes away. :( I have 2 sweaters and a coat a work and everytime I go to the grocery store I bring a jacket. I get distracted by being cold. ha

Very good on the weight loss. Its hard we all go thru it and youre right you can not pick the spot and the only way is to burn fat. Less cardio and more weights. Just keep at it, it will come off! I do it to clean it up too, in activity, non support or when I look at their diaries and they eat CRAP! and then post "why am I not losing" It honestly drives me nuts. They don't make you can weight. What goes in your mouth makes you gain weight. I have been on them for years as well. Weight loss is 80 % diet and 20% exercise.

I too am perplexed as why having a cold effects your healthy eating. This is a lifestyle change. I eat the same way regarless of how I feel. If anything you may eat less.

My daughter lost over 100 pds and it was at least 40+ pounds before you could tell, then it was an amazing transformation! It took her 1 year to lose, now she looks awesome! TIME TIME and more TIME, be patient.

You can do this, day 1 is the hardest, the first weekend is harder. Learn patience! Now I am in month 5 and 30 pds lighter. SO HAPPY I stuck it out and didnt cave. I too am addicted to MFP nad I am addicted to my fitbit. Now I walk about 70 miles a week, I am also addicted to that. So all is great here.
