hahahaha, I am right there with you. But I do find level 2 to be challenging, but better than level 1. I feel my stamina has improved a great bit, but those last ab planks seem like they go on forever. How does that old saying go.... "no pain, no gain" :-)
-
Great job!!!!! Not only did you complete 30DS, but also pushed it much further. *clap clap clap* We are almost there.... can look at the cup being 1/2 full, or wait maybe 1/2 empty :-) We got this!!! How's the results/changes coming along for you?
-
Yayyy, great job. How's the body recovering? Feeling better?
-
Thanks cpanus!!!!! I love when I can add to the "donation" pile :-) Good job on completing Day 13!!! How are you liking level 2?
-
My arms are cooked by the time i get to those super power jumps.
-
Ok this level shows me how uncoordinated i am including my balance, lol. Truly is funner, but all the down on 4's kills me. Got through it & tomorrow's another day :-)
-
I took 2 days off after completing 10days of level 1.... today I start day 1 level 2. Thanks for the level 2 feed back! Turned my ability doubts into feeling more confident to get it done :-) Lets keep it up!!!!
-
hahahaha, that is funny! Glad I am not alone :-) You go tcs1012!!!! Just as long as you are trying your hardest and being honest with yourself, that's all that matters, and your body knows it.
-
Great job pab88!! Lets rock this out... hi 5 fellow 10dayer!
-
Soooo much truth in this post!!! Get back up and keep keep keepin' on.
-
Day 8 is now done!!! My first 5 days my bodymedia was around 250... but the last 3 days has been around 220... i think because i am getting used to it & not straining as hard but still definitely strenuous. Great job xoInsanity... how's you little one doing?
-
Try putting your feet under something heavy like a piece of furniture or have someone hold them down. That really helps me.
-
You can always give level 2 a whirl.... everyone is different, some of the exercises might be easier to you. I'd say give it a shot & push yourself to the limit. Good luck & great job completing 10 days!
-
Day 7 is now complete. First time doing it early morning, & i must say the i like it better than the afternoon. Only 3 more days left of level 1... nervous about level 2.... just have to keep pushing. XoInsanity, did you get it done?

Completed my Day 5 yesterday. I love that everyone is starting to build some stamina, that's awesome. I actually like the strength training over the cardio. I feel like that's when I am able to catch my breath. But still hate the side lunges, hehehe. I think I can see changes, but then again I don't know if those are just…

Yes those bicycle crunches are something else... I feel like I lose my coordination or something. Left cruch to right leg, right crunch to left leg.... sounds sooo easy, but often times I will go left to left, right to right, uuurrggghhh. As each day goes by, I just keep trying and trying, never give up.... and just like…
-
Great job!!! Noticing changes is certainly a motivator to all of us. I am on day 5 today..... and finally starting to build some stamina. I am pretty much out of the sore phase, can just feel it a little bit in my thighs when squatting. I took before meaurements and photos.... I will probably re-measure and take more…
-
Yayyy another day down... definitely getting a little bit easier... those side lunges though, how long is it going take to not want to give up, meh.
-
Yes this exactly.... I almost feel like I need 3lbs for those
-
I have a BodyMedia and from my day 1 to day 3 it reads around 250 calories each session.
-
I am with purpleiris111.... I think I am going to try and get through 10 days then take a day or 2 off. Letting your body recover is certainly needed. Right now, I feel so focused that I just want to push push push.
-
Right on, day 3 is now history :-) i am not as sore, but still need to take pause breaks. The side lunges kill me, eek... so much burn. My stamina is getting a little stronger, so there is hope. Thanks for the pandora tip... soo much better. I just have to remember to watch when to stop & move on... it just seems like…
-
Yes... feel the burn. I am using 5lbs & barely hanging on :-/
-
Done, done, & done... i don't think it was easier perse, but i knew what to expect. Still feel a little bit of the shakes & ready for day 3. Only positive thoughts 'til the end ;-)
-
Good job on getting day 2 done!!!! I am anxiously awating 4:00 (CA time) to come so I can get it done too. I am pretty sore from day 1, and like the rest of you, stairs make me cringe ;-) I will report back later.
-
Right?!?! All pics shown are dream bodies to me, you all look fantastic. But i do know that we all have our own self image.... great job on pushing it further & further. i am hoping that one day all my hard work will pay off. Just have to keep keep keepin' on ;-)
-
Great job xoInsanity!!! Just when you think you are done, you dig deep and pull through.
-
Yayyy so excited to have joined in on this. Nothing like pushing to exceed... all the encouragement & motivation is fabulous. Let's all be in pain together while holding our head high. Great job everyone, let's get it crackin'
-
Day 1 down *clap clap clap* great job!!! Yes it was a struggle. I too had to pause to breathe.... i am trusting that we will all gain endurance to make it through a complete workout. Man what a feeling of accomplishment that will be. Keep up the hard work & dedication!!!

I know it's not real chinese food perse.... but you can eat low calories at Panda Express (if you have one in your area).... the sodium may be a little high, but the calories can be low, provided that you eat your entree with the veggies and not the chow mein, fried rice, or steamed rice. good luck to you.... sometimes…
