Burn 2 + Ab Burner. EVERYONE is doing amazing! It's great to see. ofc - Congrats!! Glad you got the go ahead on the program, I wish I had worked out with I was pregnant - I wouldn't of been so hard afterward to take off all the weight.

LOL I felt like crap while doing Insanity, but felt like a million bucks when I finished a workout!

I'm still a beginner with supplements and vitamins, but all the rage is fish oil. I just started taking 1 GNC Triple Strength a day. I also take a multivitamin daily.

You could give it a try and if you start feeling too bad just stop. It may help you feel a little better. Just take it a little easy. =)

I would mix Shred with Power90. I've done both and they're both pretty good! I agree with Kath, after so many days of Power90 it gets very boring. There are only 4 dvds for the whole program. So you could get Power 90, and also pick up a couple of Jillians dvds to add the mix if you get bored.

I do use preworkouts. Personally, I would suggest to anyone to not take any pre-workouts. Depending on your personality, it can be tough to workout without them. (Which is my problem!) I use Superpump. It's pricey, but effective. No anxiety or jitters.

I wouldn't double up on Insanity. Just keep continuing where you left off. It's a tough program, you should be just fine. =)

I've never heard of Armour. I've been on Levothyroxin for years now. good luck with switching doctors, that's very crazy she wanted to wait 4 months after start a new dosage and pill.

It depends on your activity level and what MFP has suggested for you now. I wouldn't go under 1700 calories when doing Insanity. You burn a lot of calories and expend a lot of energy doing the workouts. EDIT: BTW, I have hypothyroidism also, found out when I was 16. =)

Highly suggest investing in a HRM. You'll never know your real calorie burn until you get one. I'm almost on week four of month2. I'm doing a P90X/Turbofire hybrid. Good luck with P90X!

Well you can always modify and shorten to your needs. However, there is Chalean Extreme which is a great prep to P90X. The original P90 is also a good prep, but it gets very boring. (Four workouts for three months) Chalean doesn't have nearly as many pushups and no pull ups. I loved Chalean Extreme and got awesome results…

I've done it, and I love it! It's challenging, you're going to sweat like a maniac, and afterward you'll feel fantastic knowing you made it through. Highly recommended.

Normally when you first start drinking a lot of water, you'll hold onto it. I would give it a few days. If those 3 lbs came overnight, I wouldn't worry, it's the water. =)

They are very pricey! Pretty much all they do is suppress your appetite and give you energy. The energy is equivalent to drinking a few cups of coffee. A lot of the time weight that is lost will pile back on when you're finished taking them.
