Sounds like you are not eating enough. If you only eat 1500 calories and burn off 1500 you have not given yourself any calories for day to day metabolism. You'll make yourself sick in the long run.

Hey It's great that you are still working out. Exercise has been shown to be just as effective as many standard anti-depressants. Hang in there :)

If you are not eating for physical hunger then you're probably eating for pleasure. So you need to find different ways to get joy and pleasure into your day. Try to make a list of things that make you feel good and next time you are in that situation see if you can choose something from your list rather than eating.

Hi During your work out you burned some of your stored glycogen and you released water. A 500 calorie work out could burn about 125 grams of glycogen. In all seriousness I don't think you should be curbing eating as long as it's physical hunger and not just desire for something that tastes pleasurable. Spread you calories so that you've got some for a little snack. That's my advice.
