Last night my daughter made beef tips and rice. It is basically made out of salt, it looks like beef and gravy but it is essentially sodium on a plate. I ate a sensible portion. This morning I gained nearly 4 pounds. I decide to skip breakfast and do a slow fat burn workout. I forgot to drink any water. I figured this was a good opportunity to see just how much water I had gained. I sweated like crazy doing 70 minutes on the treadmill. When I got off I lost nearly five pounds. So, technically I lost weight and gained weight today all in an hour. Try not to let the scale get you down.
BTW I can not recommend anyone get on the treadmill for an hour without drinking any water. I actually had a little headache when I was done, so, do not try this at home.
