I know there are workouts to target thighs and butt. I know doing stairs a few times a weak makes my butt really round and perky. And working thighs makes them a little bulkier. I know where are several lower abdominal work outs as well. A combination of all of those would probably help give you a more equal hips to bust…

I did Insanity and I didn't lose any weight but I was already running 6-10 miles a day. I personally used it as conditioning tool. It was great for me to expand to different types of cardio and it made running easier. It did shrink my belly quite a bit. About three inches.

I am not a beginner and I get ecstatic when I get below 30 for a 5k. That is a great time!

Oh yes it has! I am a security officer and work 12 hour shifts. Meaning I sit on my butt for 12 hours straight 3-4 times a week!

Amazon Fresh is suppose to be amazing with their produce and vegetables. I haven't used it because it is a bit pricey but I have heard wonderful things about it! So that is an option for ordering fresh foods online.

I am very picky about my produce as well but they do surprisingly well at giving me the freshest stuff! A lot of the time it is even better than what is available for me to pick out off the shelf!

Go online to your local grocery store. I use Safeway but you can probably find some in your area on Yelp. I know there is Amazon Fresh that is pretty big too. There are several companies that do it. :D

You'll start showing strength gains within the first week after you get over the initial soreness. I started with knee push ups until my wrists got stronger and could do full push ups without hurting them. Just stick with it!

My sister and I talked about it, we still plan on eating lean meat in extreme moderation every once in a while.

You're right, age isn't super important. I have lots of friends all ages but sometimes it is nice to have someone nearer to your age to be able to better associate with on certain things.

I take Meletonin, it helps a lot but doesn't put you to sleep or keep you asleep. It just helps calm the mind.

Hey this is a great one! I haven't heard of a New Year's Challenge before, but all of the other holidays! Age: 24 Height: 5' 7" Current: 146 Goal: 125 I am training for a full marathon, so hopefully that will give me a little extra weight loss boost with my long runs.
